Course content will center on forest health issues such as insects, pathogens, weeds, and invasive species. Management solutions including prevention, pesticides, biological control, etc. will be discussed. 

 

This course is free to attend and will be held daily from 12:00-1:00PM Eastern Time, February 5-9.  You may choose to attend any of the presentations separately and are not required to register for the entire series.  Once you visit the registration page, you will be able to choose which days to attend.

 

Topics include: 

Forest insect pests 

Pine pathogens 

Invasive species 

Weed species 

 

How will one benefit: 

Participants should be better equipped to think through, manage, and seek resources on forest health issues.
